But this year, as demonstrations across the Middle East have risen the price of oil, the problem of discovering alternative sources of fuel has entered sharp focus.
In a region that has one of the greatest carbon footprints on the planet, one organization is taking advantage of the growing pressure to find options to oil. It's established the Middle East's first plan to recycle cooking oil into biodiesel. It's proving rewarding too, currently their client-list includes .
